Kent was born in North Carolina but grew up in Winder, Georgia. After attending school in Barrow County, Kent went on to the University of Georgia for a few years before transitioning to the property appraisal field. Kent received his salesperson license in August of 2021. He is currently a full-time appraiser with a background in property valuation and customer service.
